These guidelines explain how My Fashion Mag Media LLC (“we”, “us”, “our”) works with designers, brands, agencies, PR teams, and independent creatives who wish to be featured on MyFashionMag.com or collaborate with us on sponsored content.

My Fashion Mag Media LLC is a limited liability company organised under the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, and a wholly owned subsidiary of JOLYD-GROUP LLC.


1. Scope of these guidelines

These guidelines apply to:

  • Editorial submissions (stories, interviews, portfolios, travel features, opinion pieces)
  • Brand/press submissions (lookbooks, launches, new collections, events, campaigns)
  • Sponsored content, paid features, branded editorials and advertorials
  • Podcast sponsorships and integrations
  • Shopping collaborations and product placements on MyFashionMag.com

They are designed to protect our editorial independence, provide clarity for partners, and ensure we remain transparent with our global audience.


2. Editorial submissions vs. sponsored collaborations

2.1 Editorial submissions

Editorial submissions are ideas or stories you submit for potential non-paid coverage. We select these based on editorial fit, originality, and relevance to our readers. Submitting an idea does not guarantee publication.

2.2 Sponsored collaborations

Sponsored collaborations are paid partnerships with brands, agencies, or organisations. They may include sponsored articles, branded series, podcast integrations, or curated product placements. All sponsored content is clearly disclosed to our readers in line with applicable advertising and transparency regulations.

If you are specifically interested in paid opportunities, please indicate this in your request or use our dedicated brand / partnership forms where available.


3. Who can submit

We welcome submissions from:

Our editorial focus is on modern fashion culture, emerging talent, and the deeper stories behind style, identity, and design. We are especially interested in:

  • New collections or projects with a clear concept and story

  • Thoughtful takes on luxury, sustainability, craftsmanship, or innovation
  • Travel, wellness, and lifestyle stories that connect to fashion and identity
  • Creative collaborations that bring together fashion, art, technology, and culture

We prioritise submissions that feel authentic, visually strong, and aligned with our tone: modern, thoughtful, and globally minded.


5. Sponsored content & brand partnerships

For brands and agencies seeking guaranteed coverage, campaign support, or long-term partnerships, we offer a limited number of sponsored opportunities, such as:

  • Sponsored feature articles and brand stories
  • Branded editorial series or recurring columns
  • Podcast sponsorships, interview segments, and host-read integrations
  • Shopping placements and curated product edits
  • Social media and newsletter amplifications (where available)

All sponsored collaborations:

  • Are reviewed case by case for brand fit and audience relevance
  • Are clearly labelled (e.g. “Sponsored”, “Paid Partnership”, “In collaboration with…”)
  • Must meet our visual and editorial standards

6. Editorial independence & disclosure

Whether a feature is organic or sponsored, our readers’ trust is non-negotiable. For this reason:

  • Editorial content is selected at the discretion of our editorial team; submissions do not guarantee coverage.
  • Sponsorships and paid features do not entitle partners to control our overall editorial line or unrelated coverage.
  • We comply with applicable disclosure and advertising guidelines (for example, the U.S. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidance on endorsements and native advertising, and other relevant regulations).
  • Sponsored content will always be clearly marked so readers understand when a brand relationship is involved.

7. How to submit

To help us process submissions efficiently, please use the appropriate route:

8. Image, video & asset requirements

To ensure we can properly review your submission, please follow these guidelines:

  • Provide links to high-resolution imagery via a reputable file-sharing service (no large email attachments).
  • Clearly indicate which images we may publish and the required credits (photographer, stylist, makeup, hair, etc.).
  • Confirm that you have the necessary rights and permissions to share and license the assets.
  • For video or podcast-related submissions, include streaming or download links and a short synopsis.

9. Rights and usage

By submitting content or materials to us (including text, images, videos, or audio), you confirm that:

  • You either own the rights to the material or are authorised to submit it on behalf of the rights holder.
  • The material does not infringe any third-party rights, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • The material is accurate to the best of your knowledge and does not contain misleading or unlawful claims.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • For editorial coverage, you grant My Fashion Mag Media LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, edit, and publish the submitted materials in connection with the relevant feature, across MyFashionMag.com and our official channels, with appropriate credits.
  • For sponsored content collaborations, usage rights, territories, and duration will be defined in the specific agreement or insertion order for that collaboration.

10. Timelines and responses

We receive a high volume of submissions and partnership requests. While we review every submission internally, we are not able to respond to all emails.

  • If your submission is a good fit for a feature, a member of our team will contact you for next steps.
  • If you are enquiring about sponsorships or media partnerships, we aim to respond within a reasonable timeframe, especially around key launch seasons.
  • Silence does not mean we dislike your work; it may simply mean that the timing or current editorial plan is not the right fit.

11. Fees, payments & invoicing (sponsored content)

Sponsored content, brand partnerships, and advertising opportunities are subject to agreed fees or other commercial arrangements. Details such as pricing, deliverables, timelines, and payment terms will be set out in a written proposal, insertion order, or contract.

All sponsored activity is at our discretion and must align with our editorial standards and audience expectations, regardless of budget.


12. Data & privacy

Any personal data you provide to us as part of a submission or sponsorship enquiry will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and, where applicable, our Cookie Policy.


13. Changes to these guidelines

We may update these Submissions & Sponsored Content Guidelines from time to time to reflect changes in our editorial strategy, commercial offerings, or applicable regulations. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page.
